Angelo State University (ASU), located in San Angelo, Texas, has a modern campus and an outstanding student body. With an enrollment of 6,200 students drawn from across Texas, 47 other states and 19 foreign countries, ASU is large enough to provide its students with a high quality education, yet small enough to give them the personal attention they deserve. Forty-five undergraduate programs are offered through the three undergraduate colleges, and ASU offers over 20 masters degree programs leading to the Master of Arts, the Master of Arts in Teaching, the Master of Business Administration, the Master of Education, the Master of Public Administration, the Master of Science, and the Master of Science in Nursing. ASU's academic programs are supported by strong computer and information technology resources. The University operates an Animal Science and Wildlife Management, Instruction and Research Center, utilizing the temperate climate and fertile environment of the area. Angelo State has participated in various Consortium programs in Asia and North Africa and has student and faculty exchange programs with universities and institutes in Europe and Mexico.
